The Rensselar Outing Club
The Rensselear Outing Club - or the ROC as we know it - is a Union-funded club at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. We enjoy hiking, kayaking, caving, climbing, and all sorts of outdoors activities.

Susan Watkin
I met Susan through Adam. She is an RPI grad of the civil type (I think). She is currently working for the Department of Transportation doing civil stuff. She lives down on Green Island (which is close) so we get together often and have a good time. BTW, notice that her website address is her last name backwards.

Jon Cousins
I met Jon through the RPI Outing Club my freshmen year. Over the last few years we have gone on a ton of trips together ranging from Alpine skiing to SCUBA diving. Jon is fun guy to hang out with and one of the few who appreciates the technical gadgetry that I love.

Mike Trainor
Mike was one of my best friends in high school. He is a tall slightly gawky fellow with the best darn sense of humor I have come across in while. A recent communications grad from Elon he poised to go far. That said, I just got finished reading his blog and I can't remember that last time something I read made me laugh so hard.

Dani DiPietro
Dani was my science teacher in 6th and 8th grade. She was defiantly one of my most influential teaches. Dani is no longer teaching at MKA and is instead seeking adventure. Check out her webpage to see what she is up to now.

Aaron Dulgar-Tulloch
Really, this is a link to both Aaron and Lisa’s site even though it doesn’t explicitly say so. Aaron and Lisa both graduated from Princeton. Aaron is continuing his education at RPI as a graduate student. Lisa is continuing her education and the University of Albany. Both have been the best of friends since we all arrived at RPI back in ’99. Aaron and Lisa also share a great love for the outdoors and on this site are pictures from many of their trips.

Mike Pica
Mike is another Product Design Innovation major that I met at RPI. Mike, while addicted to console gaming and almost as addicted to computers is surprisingly human. We share many of the same interests and also many of the same nerd tendencies. I believe firmly however, that Mike has a much better grasp of no-nerdism then I.

I wont hesitate to say and I know everyone agrees that Mike is the kindest and nicest person I have ever met here at RPI. When you are in a pinch, it doesn’t matter what it is you need because it is almost guaranteed that Mike has two (a new one and the one he got but didn’t like as much as the new one) or has had that exact same problem before and knows exactly what to do. Mike is an avid caver / outdoorsmen but likes to play with small engines almost as much. Not to mention Mike is a barrel of fun to hang out with, as you never know what is around the corner; a tractor or perhaps a hole in the ground.

Greg Wallace
Greg is an RPI student one year below myself but is somehow graduating at the same time I am. Figure that one out… should take you less time then me. Perhaps that’s why I am graduating one semester late… hummm. Anyhoo, he is way into outdoor type stuff. Mostly water sports but anything that involves getting sweaty will do. I am living with Greg for the summer of 2003 and well as its fall semester. (no site at this time)

Daniel Blake
Dan was and still is one of my best friends from middle school. He is currently studying music at the New England Conservatory and Child Development at Tufts University. I could say a bunch more but having helped design his site, I know that you will find a whole bunch more information there then I can fit in here.

Adam Wishneusky
Without Adam this site would not be… In fact, without Adam I might not be. Much of the code on this site once belonged to Adam (actually it still might). In any event, Adam is a real nifty dude, and that’s all I have to say about that. Ohh yea, we lived together the summer of 2003 after having been classmates in Product Design Innovation.

Chris Rees
I met Chris because he is a Product Design Innovation major at RPI like myself, but then later I got to know him much better through the RPI Outing Club. We have been very good friends over the last few years and do a good amount together,

Abe Stephens
Can you believe it? Abe has a webpage dedicated to him! How cool is that? I guess that's what you get for going to Grad School out in Utah in the big rock candy mountains. Not that it's a bad thing. I don't think I have ever seen so much quality biking in one place at one time!

Missy
Missy or Melissa is an old friend from HS. I still see and talk to her often. We tend to still also do outdoor type things together such as White Water Rafting, one of her favorite outdoor activities I presume.
